  Chris O'Hare and his team at DMS Management are fantastic to work with. When it comes to the day to day operation of our building they organized, diligent and responsive. But where they really add value is with the big issues. DMS is the best in the business when it comes to advising associations on budgets, capital reserves, legal documentation (declaration and by-laws) and insurance. They've been in business a long time and bring a lot of industry knowledge to the table. DMS has guided, and will continue to guide our association toward a very bright future.

  I had to work with an employee of DMS to gain access to a building to complete some utility work. They met me onsite and escorted me around the property to the various locations. They were very polite and patient with me while I worked.
