I went in to have several years done. I was told by the employee that the Federal was done while I waited, but she would do the State taxes and get them in.... and I waited.... finally I call and they say she's out of the office and would get back to me... 2 months... nothing... call again and she's no longer there. I call the 800 service number and they send me back to the Poplar Hall Office... They can't find anything... they can't help but they will have the Office Manager call........AND I NEVER GOT A CALL... THEY DID NOT FILE THE TAXES AND I LOST MONEY!!!!! RUN, DON'T WALK, RUN!!!! If there were negative stars.... like black holes they'd get a lot of them!!!
